Rozen Arabia announces to its shareholders that it has amended several items from the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on February 21, 2023, which were previously voted upon.

Rozen Arabia attributed the reason for amending several items from the previous General Assembly to a request from the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, in order to align them with the new Companies Law, which came into effect at the beginning of 2023.

As a result, the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting will be reconvened on Ramadan 27, 1444 AH, corresponding to April 18, 2023, to vote on the items of the Assembly. These items will be available on the Rosen Arabia communication portal on the Ebana investor relations platform.
